Your continued use of our platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. USE OF MATERIALS:
Scrubble Services provides a range of information, content, and materials (“Materials”) on our platform for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may view, use, copy, and distribute the Materials for internal, non-commercial, and informational purposes. However, any unauthorized data mining, scraping, crawling, or automated queries to Scrubble Services are strictly prohibited. You may not compile listings or use the Materials for unsolicited commercial e-mail. All intellectual property rights in the Materials are retained by Scrubble Services.
3. PAYMENT:
Payment for our services can be made through the platform, and you have the option to:
a. Pay 100% through the platform before the service.
b. Pay the service provider directly after the service.
Both the user and the service provider agree that:
– The payment facility on this platform is processed through a Nodal Account as per RBI guidelines.
– Scrubble Services acts as a facilitator for electronic, automated online payment, collection, and remittance.
– All transactions are on a principal-to-principal contractual basis between the service provider and the user.
– Scrubble Services is not liable for any damage, non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, or fraud related to the services.
– Scrubble Services will not be responsible for damages or claims arising from non-processing or delays beyond its control.
4. DATA SECURITY:
While accessing the payment facility, the service provider agrees to provide necessary information for transaction completion. Scrubble Services reserves the right to store this information securely. Although efforts are made to ensure authenticity, Scrubble Services is not liable for damages arising from access or use of platform content.
